We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker specializing in Indian cookies & snacks
, who has a passion for baking to join our growing production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of traditional Indian snack items in accordance with authentic recipes and high‑quality standards.

• Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings for various traditional Indian snack and baked items (such as cookies, namak pare, etc.)
• Operate commercial baking and cooking equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure consistency in product taste, appearance, and texture
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals
• Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance product offerings.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a baker or snack maker in an Indian food production or restaurant setting
• Demonstrated expertise in Indian snack preparation and baking techniques
• Ensure quality control and consistency in all baked products
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance product offerings.
