NPI Operator

What’s the Job?

The NPI Operator supports mechanical and electrical assembly, PCBA testing, and production activities in a manufacturing environment. This is an entry‑level role, but prior assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Pay Rate: $20/hr
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Type: Temporary (potential to convert)

• Perform automated testing (Pre‑Test, Burn‑In, Final Test) on network equipment.
• Report failures or equipment issues to the Line Lead or Technician.
• Assemble and inspect PCBAs and metal components.
• Complete final assembly and packaging tasks.
• Use fixtures, hand tools, and power tools.
• Follow detailed process instructions and meet production targets.
• Support material handling, kitting, and basic SAP data entry.
• Rotate between workstations and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

• Manufacturing or electronics assembly experience.
• Knowledge of IPC‑A‑610 (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
