Become a Millwright at Pliteq on day shifts, earning a starting salary of $43.00 per hour. Engage in troubleshooting, maintenance, and improving machinery processes within a unionized environment.

This role requires certification as an Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A) and four years of experience in manufacturing. Your day will involve a mix of preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, and collaboration with the Engineering team. Each shift, you'll ensure our plant operates safely and efficiently, helping to foster a people-centric workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain all machinery

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks

• Commission and install new equipment

• Operate machine tools for part fabrication

• Keep maintenance records updated in ERP software

Requirements:

• Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)

• Minimum 4 years in industrial manufacturing

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge

• Ability to work with various industrial equipment

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
