Carpenter Co. is hiring a Laminator Operator at our Toronto manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibility will be to operate Carpet Cushion machinery while adhering to safety and quality guidelines. You will manage raw material, work with a forklift, and maintain a clean workspace, all while striving to meet production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive operational instructions from the Department Manager

• Identify raw materials and carry out inventory tasks

• Move logs or rolls using a forklift

• Execute machine operations as per established procedures

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment

Requirements:

• Successfully pass the Physician’s Physical Fit and Respiratory Tests

• Capable of lifting heavy weights during shifts

• Proficient communication in English

• Forklift operation skills required

• Strong time management capabilities
