Production Supervisor

Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor for a fast-paced manufacturing environment located within a 30-minute commute of Woodbridge, Ontario.

Role Overview
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading daily production activities within a designated area of the plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output to meet customer demand. This role plays a key part in driving team performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Shift
Monday to Thursday
4:30 pm – 2:30 am (evening shift)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise production activities to achieve daily and weekly performance targets
Provide hands‑on leadership to develop, engage, and support hourly team members
Foster a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Identify and implement process improvements to improve yield, reduce waste, and optimize efficiency
Support Lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce bottlenecks, improve quality, and lower operating costs
Align production output with customer demand and quality specifications

Requirements
Experience leading production teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Strong focus on results, accountability, and continuous improvement
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop frontline employees

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or similar improvement methodologies (asset)
Post‑secondary education in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (asset)
SAP experience in a manufacturing environment (asset)

Compensation
Approximately $80,000 annually

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
