As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, you will assist with projects from inception to completion, emphasizing safety, quality, and MAFACT standards. Your responsibilities include developing quotations, training staff on lean techniques, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will also analyze data for cost reduction and coordinate activities that enhance manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in purchasing and installing manufacturing equipment

• Support timelines and safety while fostering quality

• Lead multi-disciplined teams in Kaizen workshops

• Train shop-floor employees on lean and MAFACT concepts

• Develop and maintain APQP documentation

Requirements:

• Automotive Engineering degree or equivalent experience

• Proven knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on experience with APQP, FMEA, and continuous improvement tools

• Self-motivated with excellent leadership abilities
