Production Technician B

Position: Production Technician B )
Job Summary  Minimum 3 years experience of extrusion blow molding (EBM) as a process technician. Looking for a team player who is self‑efficient, capable of working alone and is safety conscious.
Responsibilities   Change moulds and complete the initial setup procedures (install moulds, tooling, calibrations, etc.).
Profile, program, set cycle time and start‑up new jobs with no prior recipe provided.
Put machines into production, troubleshoot machine and product issues noted by the QA department.
Perform all production functions and complete mould changes in a timely manner.
Maximize machine operating time and maintain quality levels.
Change moulds and all downstream equipment to meet production schedules.
Start up or shut down machinery.
Fine‑tune machines to improve production efficiencies and minimize cycle times.
Follow any other job‑related instructions from the supervisor.
Qualifications   Minimum 3 years experience of extrusion blow molding (EBM) as a process technician.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong safety consciousness and proactive approach to safety.
Capability to complete a full setup from start to finish.
Proficiency in machine operation and troubleshooting.
