Lead Hand - Weld Supervisor

Construction Equipment Fabricator has a full-time position for a Fitter Welder/Lead Hand. The main area will be to produce jigs & fixtures for use in production welding.

• Must have jig & fixture making for production welding experience.
• Must have experience with beam / plate fitting.
• Must be able to read drawings and layouts.
• Must have an understanding of working with tolerances.
• Must be able to read tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Must have experience with custom steel plate fabrication.
• Fitting experience is required.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Minimum 10 years experience in a high production environment.
• CWB welding certificate (fcaW, gmaW, smaW).
• Excellent wages & benefits.
• Hours 7.30 to 5pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
