Production Planner

Position: Production Planner at Noranco
Join Noranco as a Production Planner in Vaughan, Ontario, where you will expertly manage part and material flow while ensuring production schedules meet customer demands.

This key role requires extensive experience in manufacturing, focusing on ERP/MRP systems, scheduling, and material reconciliation. With a robust background in Lean Manufacturing, you will collaborate across departments to enhance workflow and optimize production output effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage flow of parts/materials per production schedule

• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for planning Work Orders

• Distribute production schedules to work centers

• Reconcile all material issues associated with jobs

• Track and monitor work-in-progress across stages

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Operations Management

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles

• CPIM designation or in pursuit

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
