Position: Sewing Machine Operator Utility Role
Drive production efficiency in the Sewing Department as a Utility Sewer. Operate various machines, including label and panel flanging machines, to ensure quality and timely output.

This role centers on operating essential sewing machinery while maintaining an hourly production rate. Successful candidates will be proficient in machine operation and possess strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include sorting, staging products for build, and performing necessary inspections while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of sewing machines efficiently

• Maintain hourly production targets consistently

• Inspect and repair quilted panels as needed

• Sort and stage products for the matt build process

• Scan all law tags and handle finished goods appropriately

Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand English clearly

• Basic math skills are necessary for production tasks

• Attention to detail is crucial for accurate operations

• Capacity to lift 50 pounds repetitively and safely

• Punctuality and strong attendance are mandatory
