Position: Mattress Assembler with SSH Bedding
Become an integral part of SSH Bedding Canada as a Mattress Assembler. This role involves assembling components using fastener guns and maintaining a clean workspace.

As a Mattress Assembler, you will be responsible for efficiently placing springs, attaching components, and ensuring quality production standards. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely. You will also complete paperwork accurately and participate in cross-training to help meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place mattress springs accurately on the assembly table

• Attach components to springs using fastener guns

• Flip mattresses for components attachment repetitively

• Temporarily attach borders for further processing

• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

Requirements:

• Basic ability to read and write in English

• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

• Capability to lift 50 pounds safely and repeatedly

• Willingness to comply with COVID-19 workplace policies
