CMM Programmer, Operator and Inspector

Shifts:

Day Shift (Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Friday 6:45 am to 3:15 pm).

Compensation:  $30 to $34, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Program and/or operate CMM for inspection of precision machined components.

Complete first-off and in-process inspections independently.

Use appropriate manual inspection tools, fixtures and indicators.

Generate and prepare CMM reports and AS9102 First Article Inspection reports.

Read and interpret blueprints.

Understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

All other duties as assigned.

Experience

5+ years' experience required (10+ years preferred).

Capable of using CMM programming and operating software.

Familiarity with CMM Manager software preferred.

Certificate of qualification, college degree or other training in mechanical inspection an asset.

Set-up and operation of manual CMM an asset.

Previous aerospace experience preferred.

Previous jobbing shop experience preferred.
