Westlake Vinyl Siding Set-Up Operator

Westlake is seeking a dedicated Set-Up Operator to oversee tooling for vinyl siding extrusion. Flexibility for 12-hour rotating shifts is required.

As a Set-Up Operator, you will be responsible for leading the set-up of tooling used for vinyl siding products.

Your role includes maintaining the efficiency of the extrusion line, supporting machine operators during transitions, and returning any tooling to maintenance when necessary. You'll also work on process control improvements and contribute to operator training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tooling changeovers for vinyl siding

• Support machine operators during shifts

• Communicate effectively with team members

• Identify issues on the extrusion line

• Participate in operator training and development

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machine operator

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
