This role requires an individual with a background in CNC programming, particularly in Aerospace and Defense sectors, with at least three years of practice. Collaboration with Production and Engineering teams is crucial for optimizing setups and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machines with advanced CAD/CAM software

• Analyze and improve existing machining processes

• Develop setups for tooling and fixture design

• Compile transition setup instructions for operators

• Participate in research and development for machining enhancements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience

• Experience in Aerospace and Defence preferred

• Proficient in interpreting technical prints

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
