Our client, a top North American manufacturer, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer passionate about hands-on project management. Ideal candidates will have a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree along with expertise in automation, capital projects, and Lean Manufacturing principles. You will play a crucial role in enhancing operational excellence across various manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead improvement projects from initiation to completion
• Specify and install new manufacturing equipment
• Identify efficiency improvements and reduce waste
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes
• Develop documentation, standards, and Bills of Material
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering roles
• Knowledge of automation and Lean tools
• Strong leadership in cross-functional projects
• Successful track record of measurable improvements
