Position: Toronto Manufacturing Supervisor Role
Empower teams and enhance production efficiency as a Production Supervisor in Toronto. Lead operations in the Dampers, Terminals, and Silencers departments while ensuring safety and quality.

As a key leadership figure, you will manage personnel and resources to produce top-quality products. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to execute Lean manufacturing principles seamlessly across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance in manufacturing operations

• Collaborate with purchasing for material management

• Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges

• Develop comprehensive product knowledge

• Champion Lean initiatives for efficiency

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of management experience in a similar setting

• Background in sheet metal and manufacturing

• Familiarity with engineering drawings

• Proven leadership and multi-tasking abilities

• Must be able to travel as necessary
