In this role, you will contribute to projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will assist in developing standard work procedures, lead teams in CI activities, and help train operators. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying cost reduction opportunities through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and procedures
• Analyze data for cost reduction via time and capability studies
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and CI initiatives
• Support training on standardized work for team members
• Maintain APQP documents and support new processes
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and process improvement
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CAD and quality standards like IATF
16949
• Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus
