Position: Experienced Sewing Machine Operator for Drapery
Join our production team as a skilled Sewing Machine Operator specializing in curtains and drapery. Work full-time to produce high-quality soft furnishings while ensuring precision in styles like pinch pleat and Roman pleat.

This role requires hands-on experience operating industrial sewing machines and the ability to interpret patterns and specifications. You will measure, cut, and assemble various fabrics, focusing on quality and consistency. Producing items in a timely manner while maintaining high standards is essential for your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines for window treatments

• Measure, cut, hem, and assemble fabrics per specifications

• Sew pinch pleat, Roman pleat, and box pleat curtains

• Read and interpret production instructions and measurements

• Inspect finished products for quality and defects

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sewing, ideally with drapery

• Proficiency in sewing pinch pleat and Roman pleat styles

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team

• Basic math skills for fabric measurements
