Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support to the production team
• Manage correspondence and organize meetings efficiently
• Track inventory levels and production schedules
• Assist in monitoring performance reports via Power BI
• Maintain accurate production documentation and filing
Requirements:
• High school diploma; relevant post-secondary education is an asset
• Previous admin experience in a manufacturing setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional written and verbal communication abilities
