On-Site Manufacturing Engineer

HCR Permanent Search is seeking an Associate-level Manufacturing Engineer with a minimum of five years in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in injection molding and is familiar with FMEA and APQP processes. You'll also create work instructions and lead training initiatives for production personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper manufacturing process creation pre-launch

• Troubleshoot equipment using 5Y and 8D methods

• Develop PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Charts

• Create standardized work instructions for staff training

• Complete all APQP-related activities effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience

• Two years as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer

• Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering

• Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives

• Six Sigma or Red X Certification preferred
