Marketing Impact is seeking a reliable Material Handler to join our Operations team. This role demands an individual with at least 3–5 years of forklift experience who is passionate about supporting production efforts. You will engage in essential tasks that contribute to the overall workflow and team objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts for loading and unloading trucks

• Inspect shipments for accuracy and damages upon receipt

• Label and stage materials for efficient shipping

• Manage raw materials and inventory replenishment

• Keep work areas organized and safe to promote efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• 3–5 years of relevant forklift operation experience

• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain it

• Hands-on experience in a busy production environment

• Ability to lift heavy items and maintain physical activity
