• Effectively manage the flow of parts/materials on the production floor

• Plan and release Work Orders based on MRP

• Liaise with purchasing to expedite material shortages

• Develop contingency plans for orders tracking behind

• Monitor work-in-progress for production yardsticks

Requirements:

• Degree in Operations Management or related field

• Minimum 5 years in a similar manufacturing role

• Knowledge of ERP and MRPII systems

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools

• Excellent communication skills
