This Production Worker position is essential for meeting customer needs while ensuring all operations align with safety and quality standards. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, you'll receive training during the day or afternoon before transitioning to the night shift. You'll operate equipment vital for producing steel products while adhering to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and maintain machinery and tools

• Retrieve and handle structural steel and rebar

• Feed processing machines and ensure guard compliance

• Report unsafe conditions and maintain workplace safety

• Keep production areas organized and clean

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory

• 2–3 years’ relevant experience preferred

• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs

• Training for equipment operation will be provided

• Strong hand-eye coordination and ethics
