Join Altium Packaging as a Production Packaging Associate, where teamwork and safety are at the core of our production environment. This role focuses on quality assurance and effective operation of packaging lines.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet quality standards through safe operation and packing practices. You will engage with team members and supervisors to identify and report quality defects, ensuring timely production and adherence to guidelines. Strong basic math skills and some computer proficiency are required for this associate role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate punctuality and follow work schedules
• Conduct quality inspections and escalate defects
• Manage operations on designated packaging lines
• Safely handle packaging materials and equipment
• Keep the workspace organized and free of hazards
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED is preferred
• Basic understanding of math and computer use
• Completion of initial training within 90 days
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job
• Compliance with PPE and safety regulations
