Production Supervisor

Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor for a fast-paced manufacturing environment located within a 30-minute commute of Woodbridge, Ontario.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading daily production activities within a designated area of the plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output to meet customer demand. This role plays a key part in driving team performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monday to Thursday
• 4:30 pm – 2:30 am (evening shift)

• Lead and supervise production activities to achieve daily and weekly performance targets
• Provide hands‑on leadership to develop, engage, and support hourly team members
• Foster a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve yield, reduce waste, and optimize efficiency
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce bottlenecks, improve quality, and lower operating costs
• Align production output with customer demand and quality specifications

• Experience leading production teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Strong focus on results, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop frontline employees
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or similar improvement methodologies (asset)
• Post‑secondary education in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (asset)
• SAP experience in a manufacturing environment (asset)

• Approximately $80,000 annually

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
