Position: Experienced Production Supervisor Needed

This position requires an experienced leader with a solid understanding of quality standards and operational goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise sewing department production staff of 30

• Review and manage daily production staffing needs

• Conduct team meetings to drive performance

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Monitor KPIs for productivity and scrap reduction

Requirements:

• 5+ years in manufacturing supervision

• Hands-on leadership approach with strong communications

• Familiarity with union environments an asset

• Knowledge of Lean principles and Microsoft Office

• Must have a valid passport and local residence
