CNC Lathe Technician - Afternoon Shift

Become a vital part of Ben Machine Products, specializing in aerospace manufacturing as a CNC Lathe Technician on the afternoon shift. Your expertise will enhance our precision machining capabilities.

We are on the lookout for skilled CNC Lathe Technicians who have at least 5 years of experience in CNC turning. In this role, you will be responsible for operating high-tech CNC turning machines, setting up tooling, and ensuring quality through precise measurements and inspections. Join us and contribute to projects for top-tier clients in the defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC turning centers with live tooling configurations

• Modify and grind tools as needed for production

• Operate machinery while adhering to safety protocols

• Deburr and prepare parts for processing

• Read and interpret technical blueprints accurately

Requirements:

• Over 5 years' experience in CNC machining required

• Proficient in Fanuc or Haas technology

• Experience with Mastercam is advantageous

• Background in aerospace preferred

• Job shop experience is preferable
