Shift Supervisor – Tim Hortons
Top priority is guest satisfaction. Shift Supervisors are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team and work with restaurant management to maintain service standards.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with food, health and workplace safety standards.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory and training of staff.
- Maintain operational efficiency and customer service excellence.
Reports daily totals and processes the binding of collated sheets composed of 4‑5 layers of material. The position operates between Sunday night and Friday morning (10:30 pm to 6:30 am).
- Lay up and process materials for lamination.
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the workflow.
- Track production metrics and report to management.
Oversees all aspects of a shift’s operations, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage personnel, schedules, and operational tasks.
- Accountable for the shift’s performance and customer experience.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Position located at PCL Graphics, Markham, ON. Full‑time day shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM).
- Operate CNC, laser and vinyl machinery for manufacturing tasks.
- Set up production runs, calibrate equipment and monitor quality.
- Maintain maintenance schedules and troubleshoot machine issues.
Special short‑term project. Shift hours Thursday & Friday: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
- Load and unload shipping containers and pallets.
- Handle inventory, document movements and assist in stock counts.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Based role with travel within the Greater Toronto Area to support customers.
- Troubleshoot and repair field equipment.
- Provide on‑site support and remote assistance as needed.
- Document service calls and update client records.
Full‑time position handling nightly operations and front‑desk responsibilities.
- Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Prepare financial reports and reconcile daily earnings.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety protocols.
Stations:
Appetizer, Salad & Dessert. Experience with Italian cuisine preferred.
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to menu specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Assist with inventory and stock replenishment.
