Job Overview

Position: TIG Fitter Welder (Afternoon Shift)

Location:

Weston Rd & Finch, North York, Toronto, ON

Pay: CA $25.00 per hour. Employment:
Full‑time, permanent (temporary-to-permanent after 3 months).

• Lay out, fit, and fabricate stainless steel metal components to assemble structural forms, equipment, components and pressure vessels.
• Read and interpret welding process specifications and blueprints.
• Weld products according to specified blueprints and procedures, ensuring quality measures are applied.
• Maintain clear records of fabrication processes and materials used.
• Prepare production and other reports.
• Coordinate and schedule activities related to fabrication and welding.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.

• High school graduation certificate (secondary education).
• 3 to less than 5 years of welding experience, preferably with TIG fitting.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications.

Permanent position. Requires a full‑time commitment on the afternoon shift.
