This role requires strong leadership abilities along with 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized food or beverage environment. You'll be responsible for training staff, implementing Continuous Improvement Programs, and addressing quality control measures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise hourly associates on the production floor
• Manage Continuous Improvement initiatives for better efficiency
• Facilitate LOTO training and conduct risk assessments
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and GMP compliance
• Monitor product quality and manage complaints proactively
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a unionized facility
• Relevant post-secondary education in related fields
• Strong communication skills in multicultural settings
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices
• Ability to adapt to varied operational schedules
