Westlake is seeking a Machine Operator I to report directly to the Production Supervisor. Candidates must have experience in a manufacturing environment and demonstrate safety while operating Stamping Press and Roll Former machinery. The role includes inspecting equipment, prioritizing work orders, and ensuring quality packaging and labeling of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Stamping Press and Roll Former machines

• Review work orders and manage production schedules

• Monitor quality of materials and finished products

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and workplace organization

• Complete inspection reports and shift documentation

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent education

• Minimum one year machine operating experience

• Ability to lift 40 lbs safely

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Strong attention to detail in inspections and reports
