In this critical role, you will manage and enhance all SMT and AOI programs to ensure smooth plant operations during the night shift hours of 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. With a minimum of 5 years in SMT manufacturing, your expertise will drive continuous improvement in both SMT line uptime and AOI coverage across products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program and maintain SMT, AOI, SPI, and Laser Marker
• Debug and optimize SMT placement programs
• Troubleshoot SMT Line equipment and AOI issues
• Provide production support for SMT line challenges
• Uphold safety standards and maintain records
Requirements:
• 5 years of SMT programming experience
• Skilled in surface mount technology and soldering
• Knowledge of Gerber files and components
• High school diploma or relevant apprenticeship
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Utilize your programming skills to enhance equipment reliability and production quality as an SMT/AOI Programmer.
