This full-time, on-site role involves managing daily production operations to meet high quality and safety standards, while achieving volume targets. You'll plan production schedules, lead supervisory teams, and work closely with logistics and quality assurance. Your ability to implement improvements will help optimize resource use and maintain adherence to regulations including SQF and Kosher.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily bakery production to ensure quality standards
• Plan and schedule production runs to meet targets

Requirements:
• 5+ years in food manufacturing or bakery management
