Foreman/Woman, Paint Department – Furniture and Fixtures Manufacturing
Location & Compensation
99 Great Gulf Drive Unit 3, Concord, ON L4K 5V1 (On site)
Salary: $36.25 hourly
Hours:
30.00 to 44.00 hours per week (Full time, Permanent employment)
Start date:
As soon as possible
Responsibilities
Prepare and submit reports
Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice
Establish work schedules
Train or arrange for training
Oversee safety of operations
Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of workers (3‑4 people)
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Qualifications
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
English language proficiency
Ability to handle repetitive tasks, heavy loads, physically demanding work, manual dexterity, hand‑eye coordination, color discrimination
Good interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgment, organization, reliability, teamwork, values and ethics
Steel‑toed safety boots (own tools/equipment)
