Cascades is looking for a General Labourer to ensure efficient operations in our Vaughan facility. This full-time role offers stability with guaranteed hours and the prospect to work on 12-hour continental shifts. You will perform a variety of tasks, including equipment setup and material handling, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators with setups and adjustments

• Conduct quality checks for defects and issues

• Perform general housekeeping in the facility

• Handle materials and ensure machines are adequately fed

• Report any issues with equipment and production immediately

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer literacy

• Ability to follow written/verbal instructions

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
