Stamping Press Operator

Position: Stamping Press Operator at Westlake

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will manage the operation of the Stamping Press and Roll Former in a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, monitoring raw material quality, and maintaining equipment cleanliness. This hands-on role requires understanding machinery safety and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Stamping Press and Roll Former machinery

• Review and prioritize work orders based on production schedules

• Monitor quality of raw materials and finished products

• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in work areas

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent

• Minimum one year of machine operating experience

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
