You will utilize quality management systems such as MAFACT and ISO-9001 while participating in various design initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Design injection molded tooling for automotive parts
• Collaborate on engineering changes and tooling specifications
• Lead design reviews and feedback sessions
• Analyze department performance metrics for improvements
• Foster communication between design and production teams
Requirements:
• Completion of Designer Level 2 training matrix
• Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Degree in relevant technical field or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication
