Press Tech Lead: Supervse Operations

Take on a pivotal role as Press Tech Lead with Martinrea Automotive Inc., overseeing stamping operations in Vaughan, ON. Lead production efforts and ensure high-quality standards are met.

This full-time, permanent position reports to Mr. Venkata Zagabathuni and focuses on coordinating press operations, training staff, and monitoring performance. You will be instrumental in identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and striving for continuous improvement throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate stamping press line operations and staffing

• Monitor and troubleshoot press equipment functionality

• Lead training for operators on safety protocols

• Document production and maintenance activities accurately

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school essential

• At least 1+ years in stamping or manufacturing

• Knowledge of PLC system operations

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant software

• Familiarity with ISO standards and production systems
