Night Dough Controller at Give & Go Foods

As a Night Dough Controller, you'll collaborate closely with Line Operators and ensure timely and accurate dough production while following FIFO. Strong computer and problem-solving skills are key in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure documentation is accurate for batch making

• Fill out tags for Dough Racks accurately

• Oversee safe equipment operation and cleanliness

• Keep the workspace free from hazards

• Follow Food Safety and GMP procedures

Requirements:

• High school graduation or equivalent required

• 1-3 years in a manufacturing setting

• Experience in food manufacturing preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Capable of lifting 25-50 lbs
