Onsite Production Supervisor

Lead manufacturing operations as the Production Supervisor at Mattr in Vaughan, ON. Drive efficiency and coordinate teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders in a hands-on environment.

In this full-time, permanent role, you'll take charge of production planning and team oversight at Mattr's Shawflex operations. You're integral to enhancing safety, quality, and performance. Key skills needed include experience in production supervision and continuous improvement methodologies to ensure streamlined workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all production operations and activities

• Develop production schedules for customer orders

• Coordinate daily production meetings and team assignments

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operations

• Support new product and process introductions

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Manufacturing or related field

• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience

• At least 2 years hands-on shop floor supervision

• Strong knowledge of production and materials management

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and quality systems
