Dough Production Controller - Night Shift

Enhance dough production as a Dough Production Controller during night shifts at Give & Go, from 11 PM to 7 AM. Lead the coordination of dough with a focus on FIFO management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage batch production documentation

• Maintain accurate dough information on tags

• Operate and regularly clean equipment

• Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness

• Monitor quality specifications throughout production

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years manufacturing expertise

• Preferred experience in food manufacturing

• Computer competency for machine operation

• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
