Westlake Production Supervisor Role

Reporting to the Production Superintendent, this role calls for a motivated individual with 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience in manufacturing. You will directly manage hourly associates, contribute to production efficiency, and uphold high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize production systems and improve quality metrics

• Supervise all shift operations and hourly employees

• Report operational deficiencies to management promptly

• Engage crew in safety meetings and improvement processes

• Conduct training as required and apply company policies

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Effective organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in teams

• Knowledge of safety policies and quality control measures
