Day Shift Baker Mixer at Give & Go

In this important role, you will report to the Line Leader or Production Supervisor while managing the mixing process to create delicious products. Your expertise will be essential to ensure that all equipment is operated safely and that food safety guidelines are meticulously followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review batch documentation

• Stage ingredients for optimal production

• Ensure equipment is cleaned and inspected

• Adhere to GMP and food safety regulations

• Record mixing processes accurately

Requirements:

• Completion of high school education

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing

• Experience in food production preferred

• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs

• Participation in changeovers and sanitation
