Experienced Plant Supervisor Needed

Join our plant as a Plant Supervisor during night shifts, driving excellence in safety and productivity from 11 PM to 7 AM. Ensure operational goals are met while fostering employee engagement.

In this role, you will lead production teams by coaching and developing their skillsets while coordinating daily activities to ensure that operational targets are achieved. Conduct performance reviews, training, and handle disciplinary actions, promoting a culture of safety and accountability. Employ problem-solving techniques and continuous improvement tools to enhance processes across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities

• Conduct necessary training and performance assessments

• Support a safe and positive workplace culture

• Investigate and address workplace incidents effectively

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse

• Proven ability in leadership and team development

• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

• Basic computer knowledge
