Extrusion Setup Technician

We are looking for a dedicated Setup Technician to join our team. You will report to the Production and Maintenance Supervisors, and your main tasks will include operating machinery, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to safety policies. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in equipment setup or industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up equipment following safety protocols

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively

• Operate machinery during production runs

• Maintain and clean production equipment routinely

• Train junior technicians as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in equipment setup or maintenance

• Ability to read technical documentation

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Forklift experience preferred

• Knowledge of measuring tools and machine shop equipment
