Senior Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically guide production supervisors to achieve goals

• Develop effective production schedules and timelines

Requirements:

• 8+ years of manufacturing experience, with a leadership focus

• Expertise in Lean manufacturing methodologies

• Strong financial and analytical skills for operational efficiency

• Capable leader with excellent communication abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP tools
