Position: Production Baker Mixer Needed
Join Give & Go as a Baker Mixer on the daytime shift, mixing raw ingredients for high-quality baked products.

Your role will ensure adherence to recipes and safety standards while working with an accomplished team.

With over 30 years of experience, Give & Go is expanding rapidly. You’ll work closely with supervisors, managing the mixing process, operating equipment safely, and ensuring sanitation. This position requires you to monitor product quality continuously throughout the mixing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review batch documents and ingredient lists

• Mix raw materials according to established recipes

• Ensure proper sanitation of all equipment

• Monitor product quality and safety compliance

• Record mixing data accurately

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly

• Knowledge of safety and quality procedures

• Strong attention to detail and communication
