Position: Cleveland Range Fabrication Supervisor
Join Cleveland Range LTD as a Fabrication Production Supervisor based in Concord, where leadership meets precision in manufacturing. This role focuses on overseeing fabrication operations while fostering a safety-first culture.

In this position, the Supervisor will directly manage fabrication workflows, ensuring safety and quality at every stage. You'll leverage your engineering expertise to guide teams in maximizing productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production schedules and workforce activities

• Enforce safety standards and practices in the workplace

• Manage the completion of work orders against production plans

• Improve productivity, labor usage, and minimize downtime

• Collaborate to introduce new fabrication processes and tooling

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or relevant manufacturing experience

• Proficient in reading engineering documents and blueprints

• Hands-on experience with CNC equipment and processes

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and safety management systems

• Strong preference for Lean Manufacturing experience
