With a strong reputation in defense and aerospace, Ben Machine Products is looking for driven individuals to join their 210+ workforce. As a Factory Assistant, your role includes assembling products, polishing, and performing quality inspections to maintain high production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out assembly and miscellaneous factory duties
• Grind, polish, and finish parts using various tools
• Inspect products visually for quality control
• Foster a safe and healthy work environment
• Complete additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Dependable and quality-oriented work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in operating hand tools safely
• Previous machine-shop experience is a plus
