Senior Production Manager

In this full-time, one-year contract role, you will oversee the production process, ensuring adherence to Lean manufacturing principles. Major responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, supporting production supervisors, and efficiently managing materials and manpower. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 8+ years of manufacturing experience, with a leadership focus

• Expertise in Lean manufacturing methodologies

• Strong financial and analytical skills for operational efficiency

• Capable leader with excellent communication abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP tools
